Letter of recommendation
- Letter of recommendation will be given to learners who have completed a minimum of 28 days of learning under the programme categories such as pre-industrial internships, preparatory programmes and research programmes. LOR shall not be provided for certificate courses and other short-term programmes such as hands-on training, externships, etc.
- Letter of recommendation shall be processed and given in both electronic copy or physical hard copy as per the demand of the learner.
- Standard LOR processing charges shall be applicable for issuing LORs. Only electronic copies of the letter of recommendation will be given free of cost for the first instance for passed-out learners who have scored A or S grades in their respective programmes. If the candidate has scored lesser grades, free LOR will not be provided in the first instance either.
- Letter of recommendation shall be given based on the inputs including but not limited to attendance, task performance, punctuality in learning, abiding regulations, attitude in learning, attitude in communication etc.
- Letter of recommendation shall be given based on the standard template of the organisation. However, the template given by the learners shall also be considered if the contents or the format falls under our regulations.
- Hard copy options of the LOR will be limited to Indian students only excluding Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar islands.
